Zadengigant complaints procedure
We are very sorry to hear if you have a complaint about the Zadengigant webshop. We strive to always provide our customers with the best possible service, and we understand that it can be frustrating when something goes wrong. We would like to assure you that we take your complaint seriously and will do everything possible to resolve the problem.
If you have a complaint, please contact us by phone at +31 6 212 489 30 or by email at info@zadengigant.nl. We kindly ask you to include your name, order number and a clear description of the problem. We will respond to your complaint as soon as possible, and we aim to provide a resolution within 24-48 hours.
If this does not lead to a solution, it is possible to submit your dispute for mediation through Stichting WebwinkelKeur. As of Feb. 15, 2016, it is also possible for consumers in the EU to file complaints through the European Commission’s ODR platform. This ODR platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr . If your complaint is not already being processed elsewhere, you are free to file your complaint through the European Union platform.
