Who doesn’t know the palm tree or Buxus sempervirens? For hundreds of years, this plant has been used for making evergreen hedges and for making all kinds of pruning forms (Boxwood figures). Boxwood sempervirens can be planted both in the sun and in the shade and the plant grows best in a place in partial shade. Boxwood sempervirens prefers a well-drained garden soil. The planting distance (at a plant height of 20 to 25 cm) is approximately 7 pcs. per meter. If the plants are already larger when purchasing, you may only be able to store 5 or 6 on 1 meter of hedge. If you do not cut this species, an ascending evergreen shrub several meters high will be formed. The flower of Buxus sempervirensis is inconspicuous yellow-green in color.
