Germination of Passiflora can occur in weeks or several months.
If your home is on the low side of 20°C (68°F), your seed will benefit from soil heat with an electric bottom warming cable kit, or a heating mat. It will stimulate the beginning of growth, and help seeds germinate and cut the germination time by half. Cover the top of the pot with plastic so that humidity remains high.
If you see some small plants starting to budge, open the top of the pot, every day a little, so that the new seedlings do not drop too quickly in shock of the humidity. Transplant each seedling if it is large enough to treat, transplant into 7.5 cm (3-inch) pots. Pot as required. These plants have very fragile white roots and should be treated with care when potting

Description
Sowing in late winter / late spring and late summer / autumn.
Prior to Sowing, soak the seeds for 24 hours. Immersion is beneficial in two ways: it can soften a hard seed skin and also leach any chemical inhibitors into the seed, which can prevent germination. 24 hours in the water that starts with hand warm is usually sufficient. If it soaks longer the water should be changed daily. Seeds of some species swell when soaked. Like any seed swells it must be removed and sown before it has time to dry. and the rest carefully pricked with a pen and returned to enjoy. Sow in a peaty compost, “just below” with 1/4 in of soil as the seeds need light to germinate.
