Citrus trifoliata 5 seeds

2,25

A deciduous, slow-growing, small tree to about 8 m tall with prickly, green branches, white, fragrant flowers in spring and highly decorative, yellow, lemon-like fruits in fall. The fragrant fruits are edible and have a resinous flavor that makes them a good choice for marmalade and lemonade rather than enjoyed raw. By far the hardiest Citrus, reportedly suitable for temperate climates as low as USDA Zone 5, but certainly reliably hardy in Zones 7 and above.
